This course was created to:
1. Educate the employee base about 401(k)s and their retirement options.
2. Encourage an increased participation in the company sponsored 401(k)
It was paired with two live Q&A sessions with the company investment account managers.
Results:
- 4x increase in interactivity with the company sponsored 401(k) plan in the 3 months after the course rolled out than the 3 months prior.

This course was created to help align Virtuance Leadership and all Employees on new expectations around goal setting and KPIs.
- OKRs were a new format that had been implemented but there was confusion about how to apply them consistently.
- Prior to this course, only leadership had been briefly trained on OKRs.
We needed to create a way to retrain leadership and initially train all employees without creating multiple learning pathways. I was instructed to become the Subject Matter Expert for Virtuance on OKRs and be responsible for not only educating, but also ensuring correct implementation company wide.
